About Certsure LLP

Certsure offer industry-leading certification services, building regulations schemes, products and support to the building services industry. Their services and products are government-recognised and United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) approved.

Established in 2012, the company has rapidly expanded and now operate over four sites with plans for continued growth.

The introduction of the employee engagement hub has improved engagement and has helped Certsure to bring the office and field-based employees closer together. The hub has also enabled them to continue to remind everyone of the four cornerstones of the strategy, as well as provide a fun way for employees to communicate with one another.

In addition, Certsure provide a heavily subsidised gym for employees based at the head office and negotiates a reduced fee for all employees to join a chain of gyms. They also have a range of benefits that enhance the wellbeing of employees, such as free fresh fruit and a bike loan scheme.

All managers have a personal development plan in place which is reviewed on an ongoing basis with their manager. Internal and external training is provided based on individual needs as well as managers working on specific projects to offer them new and different experiences.
Certsure offices feature a wellbeing centre, giving all employees access to literature and videos that promote a healthy lifestyle. There are numerous videos available covering all aspects of maintaining a healthy body and mind, such as practicing mindfulness.
