CFC are a specialist insurance provider and a pioneer in emerging risk. They use proprietary technology to deliver high-quality products to market faster than the competition while making it easier for brokers to do business.
CFC are built on four core principles: Passion & Perseverance, Respect & Humility, Intensity, One Team.
The core principles are embedded in a number of ways throughout the business - they are clearly shown on their HR platform and are on all job descriptions (internal and external use) and performance review documents. Core values are also used as a metric for performance reviews with a rating given for performance against objectives/targets and an additional one for core values. This is rated by the line manager and also reflected on by the employee.
CFC ensure employees are rewarded for their efforts throughout the year. They reward employees by a weekend abroad. Everyone is invited and almost everyone attends. It is really important for CFC to feel like a family and they want employees to be working for them because they want to, not because they have to. By allowing everyone to come away for a weekend, they feel this is a positive way to reward all our employees for their hard work and contribution to the company, as it never goes unmissed.
