The organisation was founded over 30 years ago and ever since then they have made a commitment to ensuring all menswear that they provide is built to last. Every Monday, Charles Tyrwhitt run an induction session for new starters which covers both their mission and purpose as a business. To support this, they have created a number of videos with their founder and owner talking about why the business was established, what Charles Tyrwhitt means to them personally and highlighting the explosive growth that they have seen in recent years.
During this induction, they spend time talking through and explaining the core values, what they mean to them and why they are important. Charles Tyrwhitt ask for all employees to live up to these four founding core principles. The four principles in question are: Be the Boss, Be the Best, Be the Customer, Be the Change.
