About Charlton Morris

Charlton Morris provide executive search and selection services for international clients in the Medical, Life Science and Industrial sectors.

In markets where change is a way of life, they aim to create a global search consultancy with the agility and adaptability to match. This means acting in their customers’ best interests and working one-to-one to build flexible partnerships that last.

In addition, they commit to being dynamic and innovative to reflect the pace of change, and continually reviewing their people and processes to ensure they retain their edge.

Their primary vision is to be an employee-focused business that is seen to be innovative in the executive search and recruitment space, and one of the biggest and best privately owned recruitment firms in the UK.

Based in Leeds, and with international offices in Denmark and the United States, the company is led by Managing Director Andy Shatwell, and plans to open another international office by 2020.
