About Childrensalon Limited

Founded in 1952 by Sybil Harriman, Childrensalon are the world’s largest e-commerce company selling luxury children's clothing, including more than 260 of the world’s most prestigious brands, to people in more than 160 countries.

Childrensalon remains a family-owned business with a head office and six warehouses in Royal Tunbridge Wells. They employ more than 250 members of staff who, collectively, speak 25 languages.

Their passion for children’s fashion has grown as time goes on, and they are still offering the same friendly service that customers would find in their shop all those years ago.

Childrensalon motivate employees by giving them autonomy and trust. They believe in letting people do their jobs and allow employee flexibility wherever possible.

As well as being a Living Wage Foundation employer, Childrensalon pay employees well above the average in all areas as well as give a year-end bonus for everyone based on both company and personal performance.

What is it like to work for Childrensalon Limited

Childrensalon offer employees on-site yoga classes twice a week, a massage chair that everyone can use anytime, an on-site facility with badminton courts set up as well as a foosball table. Employee gym memberships are also subsidised with all local gyms.

The Childrensalon Charity was developed in 2011 to give back to the local community. Through the charity, Childrensalon have been able to fund local charities Nourish, The Colebrook Centre for the Homeless, The Tunbridge Wells Women's Shelter, Porchlight and many more.
