About Chrysalis Group Plc

"The receptionist smiled broadly at the visitor as he handed him his pass. Smoothly he put a caller through on the phone system. This is not any receptionist, it is Richard Huntingford, group chief executive, ""back to the floor"" at the Chrysalis offices in west London. As a result of Huntingford's time on the front desk, the old- fashioned headsets worn by receptionists were changed and a new system introduced.

Chrysalis covers four media sectors — radio broadcasting, music publishing and recording, book publishing and mobile content — across six British sites.
