About Churchill Retirement Living

Churchill Retirement Living (CRL) are a privately-owned, family-run British Company specialising exclusively in developing purpose-built one and two-bedroom apartments for young at heart over 60s.

Their retirement developments throughout the UK are designed to provide the best lifestyle choice for an independent, safe, secure and fulfilled retirement.

Founded in 1994 by Spencer and Clinton McCarthy, Churchill Retirement Living now have more than 100 retirement developments across the UK, with a head office in Ringwood, Hampshire and regional offices in Byfleet, St Albans, Bromsgrove, Exeter and Manchester.

CRL aim to be the retirement housebuilder of choice for an independent and fulfilling lifestyle. Their core values are TORCH: trust, openness, respect, communication and honesty.
