Circus Street are an e-learning training provider to the largest marketing teams in the world, providing organisations with the essential language they need to survive in a digital age.
In the past few years, Circus Street have grown from just a small office in Shoreditch with less than 20 employees, to a global company with offices in central London, New York, Singapore and Sydney. Circus Street is a growing company with serious ambitions - but it also never forgets to take care of it's employees, celebrate their achievements and remind them that they truly are the company's most important asset.
Circus Street have a dedicated 'wellness manager' whose job it is to take care of employees and ensure that they are rewarded for their hard work. Several ways people are rewarded include: snacks and juices available every day in breakout areas; CBT sessions; Easter, Halloween and Christmas celebrations; a 'back to school' disco; poker nights; ping pong and darts championships; cookery classes; wellness workshops; guitar lessons; quiz nights and a 4pm finish on a Friday.
The organisation hosts a daily meditation at 12pm, with a private and quiet room to practice mindfulness. There is no hierarchy at Circus Street, they have open and honest communication and fully accept that as humans, mistakes happen and that is fine, working continuously to do better next time.
