About Clarasys Limited

Founded in 2010 by Chief Executive Officer Matt Cheung, Clarasys are a London based independent management consultancy servicing a range of clients from small not-for-profit organisations to multinational corporations.

Clarasys offer business process, business change, project management and related services to enterprise B2B clients.

The company ensures all opinions are heard by electing a member from each team to provide feedback for their department. There is clear transparency on what is delivered and staff are kept regularly updated on the changes being made.

In a bid to improve the company as a whole, office improvements have been made adding desks, dividers, posters and fitted new blinds. There is also a plan to install sound insulation.
Additionally, an increase in the number of women in the company has been seen with two new senior women joining and a continued drive to hire more.
