About Clarasys Ltd

Clarasys is a vibrant, expanding, London-based management consultancy with its sights set on the United States, thanks to a new office that opened in Boston in 2018.

Founded by Chief Executive Officer, Matt Cheung and now majority owned by employees, Clarasys serve a variety of clients, from small, not-for-profit organisations, to multinational corporations. Enterprise B2B clients enjoy tailored advice on business process, business change, project management and other related services.

Everyone at Clarasys is guided by their purpose to making a lasting difference to the way people work, live and grow. They put this into action with their employees by providing weekly coaching sessions to support career development and by assigning all employees to internal capability scrum teams. This provides everyone with the opportunity to be part of building and growing Clarasys alongside their day-to-day client facing roles.

Clarasys is also a champion of equality, with an increase in the number of women in the company. Two new senior women have recently joined and there’s a continual drive to hire more. Clarasys' commitment to diversity and inclusion is central to the culture that really makes it a consultancy different from the rest.

What is it like to work for Clarasys Ltd

Seven shared values are: listen; collaborate; respect; love your work; coach; trust and be honest; and commit. CEO Matt Cheung engages through Google Hangouts and by being visible in the open-plan office. He attends socials and works alongside colleagues on internal initiatives.
