Clarasys is a business consultancy firm that is focused on doing the right thing - the right things for its clients, its people and the community.
The organisation originally started out based on the belief that there was a better way to provide consultancy services, that wasn't reliant on a number of senior people winning work then delegating it out. As they have grown, they have kept the ethos that sits behind this - that people work best in an environment where they are trusted and supported to be brilliant. Clarasys always look to ensure employees are recognised for the hard work that they do. The most unique reward mechanism is through an application called 'Kudos'. Kudos is a peer reward system which allows employees to give up to 100 points per month (equates to £20) to individuals in the company. This allows immediate recognition to be given for all hard work that has been done.
