Visionaries’ get a monthly one-to-one and a personal development plan at least quarterly. There’s a 1:3:5 Action Plan appraisal that asks staff what’s really important to them in life and considers three areas: me (health, fun, wellbeing), family and friends (relationships), and work (income).
A mindfulness instructor helps out regularly, while flexible workdays help with childcare. New joiners get workplace assessments for desk ‘fitness’. There are quiet zones and a breakout room with a PlayStation and pool table. Cheervision Visionaries run welfare programs to reward staff with teambuilding events.
