Since being established, Click Travel have worked to reduce the cost and complexity of booking business travel for their clients.

The company manages business travel by combining innovative technology with an award-winning team of people. Clients include public, private and charity organisations across a wide spectrum of industries.

Their goals include to be admired by customers, feared by competitors and loved by employees. What’s more, Click Travel aim to reduce the cost and complexity of business travel.

Just one example of how they aim to treat their staff right is that in 2017, employees were given a ‘Christmas Shopping Day’ - an extra day off to be taken in December as a thank you for the hard work that has been shown by all departments during the process of migrating customers from one booking system to another.

Click Travel live by their core values: to brighten up the customer’s day; to never let go of the customer experience; none of us is as smart as all of us; and just because it works, it doesn’t mean it’s good enough.
