Managers demonstrate understanding for individuals' workload and pressures. They respect each employees' life outside of work and make it possible to have time for family, friends and hobbies. Managers review weekly the workload across the business to ensure that individual employees are not "burned out". Where special leave or time off is required, managers can provide this at their own discretion.

The company have a very prescriptive one-to-one model where each employee draws up both personal and company related SMART based objectives with their line manager. These are reviewed weekly or bi-weekly. There is also a section for medium to long term goals. This is driven by the individual as not everyone can, or wants, to think long term, but those that do are supported by their manager, as well as senior management. The company also think it's important to promote from within where possible.
