To give back to the local community, Comms-care aims to employ staff from within the local area by advertising for jobs locally. They also use local third party companies for their offices such as cleaning companies, catering companies etc. They give back to the wider community through their many charity events held in the office, engaging the employees and promoting awareness of what the charities stand for, and also encouraging and supporting employees who undertake charity events outside of work.

As part of the annual Employee Excellence Awards, employees are given the opportunity to complete an anonymous feedback form online on how satisfied they feel within their job role, how their line manager communicates with them and free text boxes to provide any feedback to the Board of Directors. Providing employees with an opportunity for feedback on an anonymous basis has proved successful and gives confidence to employees that they are being listened to and can discuss their opinions freely.
