Top performers can win quarterly prizes, such as a long weekend in Barcelona, as well as an annual winners’ trip to destinations that have included Finland, Las Vegas, Mauritius, Dubai and Barbados. Staff give colleagues an 81% positive score for going out of their way to help each other, 84% for caring for one another and 89% for colleagues being fun to work with, a score bettered by just three other businesses.

Employees give managers 84% and 82% respectively for talking openly and honestly and for sharing important information, and 73% and 77% respectively for motivating them to give their best and for helping them to fulfil their potential. All are top 10 rankings nationally.
