Personal Growth
Personal Growth
The company supported one of the most successful employee development in Convey’s history. Gareth Richards joined as a paralegal and was sponsored to qualify as a licensed Conveyancer. He progressed through the business and is now the Legal Director Head of Compliance and sits on the board of the Society for Licensed Conveyancers. He mentors and coaches inexperienced and experienced staff and has developed Convey's training arm, the Conveyancing Academy, which consists of online technical conveyancing courses and has seen 40 members of staff obtain paralegal qualification status. The company are looking forward to seven of their paralegals becoming licensed Conveyancers in 2017 as a result of this plan and the company’s investment into their development.
