About PKF Cooper Parry

PKF Cooper Parry are the fastest-growing firm of accountants in the UK. They work with privately owned businesses across the Midlands to help them grow, become more tax-efficient and get up to speed with their IT.

Established in 1850, but radically shaken up in recent years, and based at East Midlands Airport, they’re straight-talking and put people and relationships before products and services.

Under Chief Executive Officer Adrian Cheatham, the firm’s 500-plus staff don’t do grey suits, grey walls or grey branding. Instead, the firm has all bright, inspiring offices, quirky, fun branding and relaxed, casual dress.

For staff, PKF offer professional qualifications, internal workshops, one-to-one coaching and focused career planning. There’s a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, an
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and subsidised gym.

Then there’s Cheers For Peers, allowing anyone to say thank you at any time by popping into the dedicated ‘thank you booth’ or simply posting their messages on Instagram.
