Cox Automotive are the world's largest automotive service organisation, providing a range of services at every stage of the used vehicle lifecycle to automotive manufacturers and dealers.

The company was founded in 1993 and now operate over 33 site across the UK. Their ultimate aim is to transform the way the world buys, sells and owns vehicles.

With more than 32,000 employees around the world, the firm aims to be a great place to work, with a range of employee engagement initiatives in place.

For example, last year the company took part in a number of national campaigns, including National Apprenticeship Week, Learning at Work Week, National Customer Service Week, and Hats On 4 Mental Health. Coaching is available for most senior roles, and mentoring is in place for members of talent pools at all levels. Mentoring by senior leaders has proved to be the most beneficial and impactful activity for management of all levels.
Last year Cox Automotive introduced free fruit deliveries at all their locations. This has been an extremely popular initiative that has helped team members move from snacking on fatty or sugary foods to grabbing a free piece of fruit to keep them going through the day.
