They provide managers with training and coaching regularly, with managers this year receiving training on having great conversations with their teams. In addition, mentoring by senior leaders has been the most beneficial and impactful activity for managers at all levels.

This year, Cox Automotive sent 10 women to climb Kilimanjaro. Their attempts raised over £20,000 for Wooden Spoon, while raising awareness of women working in the automotive industry. Employees also have one day a year to volunteer for a charity or organisation.
