About Creaseys

Creaseys are an accountancy firm whose strong understanding of their clients’ big picture goals allow them to deliver accountancy services and strategic advice, both for successful individuals and the businesses they often own.

Founded by Robert Creasey, the firm are big believers in looking ahead, and have reinvented themselves countless times over the 150 years they have been in operation.

Their approach, dubbed The Creaseys Way, is to understand that everyone they work with is a person first and a client second, meaning they are likely to be juggling all sorts of strategic goals, personal aspirations, family responsibilities and business concerns. Through talking with clients, they know that they want the team’s professional insight, ingenuity and creativity to help them solve specific challenges.

Emma Roberts oversees the company, and has been with Creaseys since joining the firm in 1992.

The company is based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Through their ‘People Way’ scheme, Creaseys find out what their team’s hopes, dreams and ambitions are, both in their career and personal lives. Flexibility and support is provided to staff so they can fulfil their ambitions inside and outside of work.
With mental health being a major concern for businesses, the firm wanted to help the team understand that everyone faces their own mental health challenges. As a result, their Head of People went on a Mental Health First Aid Course to recognise, address and support employees.
