About Creditfix

Creditfix are the UK's largest provider of insolvency arrangements to vulnerable clients. They pride themselves on the management of clients through technology which enables them to ensure that their financial concerns are being attended to at the right time. They are the only insolvency service providers that are fully technology based and this enables them to deliver services at the lowest cost. Their mission is to be a solution for those who are struggling with debt and their friendly and knowledgeable advisers are on hand with a kind ear to listen to their situation.

Creditfix take pride in involving themselves in several local initiatives that support the local community. They have supported football and mental health programmes for Motherwell football club, along with supporting local initiatives with Celtic and Rangers football teams that provide support for vulnerable supporters. Staff are encouraged to raise money for charity and the culture is one which supports such activities and often matches the monies raised for local causes in the Glasgow area.

They have implemented an electronic self-service HR platform "Breathe" which will enable them to move to a paperless personnel files. This has had an immediate impact of achieving time efficiency in things like scheduling holidays, recording sickness details and scheduling and recording performance measurement targets. It has also already substantially reduced their manpower required for paper filing and reduced paper costs, printing and storage. 

All TVs and music systems have been installed using SMART plugs so that they are only powered during the hours that staff are utilising them. This has reduced their energy consumption and costs. Their lighting is for the most part provided by LED panels with motion sensors and timers which consume significantly less energy than their previous fluorescent versions.

They have also renewed all of their desktop infrastructure to units which are energy efficient compared to their older models. They renewed their air conditioning units about 1 year ago. They installed energy efficient anti-bacterial units. These are maintained on a quarterly basis to ensure they retain their energy efficiency. They have recycle bins in all the main work areas which collecting plastic bottles, aluminium, paper, cardboard and recycle this material through a local provider. They also recycle all of their shredded documents through another local provider. They continue to identify improvements to their environment which will enable higher efficiency and increase their carbon footprint.
