About Crimson Limited

Crimson is a fast-moving technology and recruitment company that specialises in the full range of IT support, consultancy, search and selection services. The business is driven by people and their reputation is built on providing products and services which genuinely reflect their values.

The five values from which Crimson is built upon are: Quality, Integrity, Credibility, Innovation and Accountability.

Crimson was founded on the turn of this century by Rob Mallaband, Simon Chave and Mike Ames. With a background in recruitment and IT consultancy from a previous company, the team embarked on growing their own. They originally started by meeting with their old IT contacts and learning about what these decision makers wanted from an innovative new provider.

The main reason people choose Crimson is because of the strength of their people. They employ only the brightest minds that consistently apply imaginative, real-world thinking that translates into meaningful, pain-free results.

What is it like to work for Crimson Limited

Crimson's open plan office has the leader sitting among everyone else. Each of their direct reports have monthly 1-2-1 check ins, but there are numerous formal and less formal engagement points throughout the month to keep communication channels clear.

Crimson has a "Wonder Wall" in reception featuring their values and an info graphic outlining results from their client satisfaction surveys. They also repeat the company values throughout the building.
