National HR and Health and Safety consultancy, Croner, has been helping professionals and organisations of all sizes since the early 1940's. Croner specialises in HR, Health and safety, tax and reward, offering market-leading advice, software and services to maximise business outcomes.

The wellbeing of employees is key at Croner. They have in place an employee assistance programme, which gives employees access to a free, confidential telephone helpline staffed by a qualified counsellor from Health Assured. This line provides employees with accessible support through personal or professional issues, such as stress, money worries, relationship advice and more. Employees are also able to take advantage of eight free face-to-face counselling sessions. From initial advice to recommended actions, the counselling has been seen to improve employee wellbeing.

Referral commission is a way that Croner rewards employees for their efforts. Employees are rewarded on referrals they make in two ways: by either referring an external business to sign up to Croner's services, or internally referring a client who has reached out to them directly for additional support. For each successful referral, employees are financially rewarded, for example field consultants will receive 7.5% of Total Contract Value.
