Croner specialise in HR, health and safety, tax and reward services for organisations of all sizes in a wide range of industries, from start-ups to large corporations.

As one of the most renowned specialists in their respective industries, clients can rely on Croner to help manage workforces and provide solutions efficiently and effectively.

Croner’s primary purpose is to be a pioneer within their sector and support all industries - both within the public and private sectors - in the UK.

Established in 1947, their main ambition in 2018 is to develop and grow staff, and in turn grow the client base to over 10,000.

The company is led by CEO Alan Price, who communicates with every member of staff on a regular basis. Every employee is able to contact Alan directly and feels comfortable in doing so.

Objectives for managers are set on a quarterly basis to outline overall targets and expectations, and performance is discussed regularly in monthly meetings with leaders, which also provide an opportunity to develop strategies, ask for support and set out next steps.
