About Croud

Croud is a digital marketing agency that provides a range of services to clients, from PPC, SEO and content marketing, to social advertising and analytics.

Headquartered in London and with an additional office in Shrewsbury, they aim to nurture a culture that allows their teams to do their best possible work for clients, whilst feeling supported in their development and careers.

The company’s core principles are: performance first; to be instinctively entrepreneurial; and to always be game changing and innovative.

The business is always eager to engage with staff, hosting regular company meetings to update the teams on the activities across departments.

Founders Ben Knight and Luke Smith don’t have a fixed desk space in any office, choosing instead to sit amongst the teams and be approachable at all times. This allows them to get to know all members of staff and to have their finger on the pulse of what’s happening across the business.
