About Curo

A housing association and house-builder based in Bath, Curo provides homes and high quality care and support services across the West of England. With over 25,000 customers, they manage more than 13,000 homes and are building hundreds of new homes every year. They are one of the largest landlords in the South West, with a diverse portfolio of affordable and market rented homes.

Curo have an extensive long-term development and land acquisition programme, working to build hundreds of new homes every year. They invest in neighbourhood services, designed to make communities thriving, sustainable places where people want to live and work.

Caring, Respectful, Open, Fair and Trusting are Curo's five core principles that employees follow daily while dealing with clients and working alongside their colleagues respectively.

The strength of Curo's primary purpose 'Homes for Good', and their five principles create a culture that is evident throughout their workplaces; their people make that culture work because they believe in what the organisation is doing.

Solar panels have been installed on the roof at Curo, and they have a feed in tariff to go alongside this. The electricity from this helps towards the charging of their electric car which was purchased with the help of a council grant. They also provide a further charge point for public/customer use. The electric car can be booked by colleagues to attend off site work activities and meetings.
