My Manager
A two-day annual offsite management training programme covers all areas of leadership, including giving feedback, motivating a team, and dealing with difficult situations. Following the training, managers are invited to one-to-one meetings to discuss their performance.
Their ‘Library’ room is a relaxing space with low lighting and no windows and can be used for a variety of wellbeing-related purposes, including providing a quiet space to concentrate, somewhere to practice prayer or take part in some yoga stretches.

Each month, Chief Executive Officer Mike Laven takes five members of the team for breakfast, giving them the chance to ask him questions and raise any concerns they may have. Friday’s ‘All Hands’ meetings provide a networking opportunity for colleagues with refreshments.
