About Curtins

Curtins are an independent, leading team of specialists working at each stage of the build environment life cycle, having evolved and developed their service offer throughout a near 60 year heritage.

The organisation takes pride in delivering the very best, whether that's in relationships, in their technical capability or for their employees. They invest in their people and are constantly planning for the future; building on the legacy of their founder, Bill Curtin.

Curtins want to provide an employee benefits package that makes their employees proud to come to work on a Monday morning. They recognise that time away from the office is vital to maintaining health and happiness. They have three holiday lodges across the UK that are available for all employees and their friends or families to use over the year.

They also provide employees with the opportunity to purchase up to 5 days additional annual leave a year, options to work from home and sabbaticals.

Curtins have published their HSE stress risk assessment for review by line mangers to show their commitment to reducing workplace stress. This outlines their commitment to wellbeing and the initiatives that are in place, such as the employee assistance programme which is a confidential helpline for employees.
