About David Lloyd Leisure

Established in 1982, David Lloyd Leisure (DLL) offer market-leading health, fitness and racquets facilities and services to adults and children at its premium clubs across the UK and Europe.

With 99 clubs in the UK and 13 across Europe, the company has around 560,000 members and employs around 7,800 people.

Aiming to be the world's favourite health and fitness club, DLL staff and management follow the company’s core values: passion to serve; will to win; freedom to succeed; edge; we play; and say thank you.

Headquartered in Hertfordshire, DLL are led by Chief Executive Officer Glenn Earlam, who, along with senior executives, spends much of his working week in the company’s clubs. He bases himself in club lounges, and walks around and chat to the team members at all levels and job functions wherever possible.

Every month, the team and customers are invited to nominate employees for the Team Member of the Month award. The winner for each club is recognised and invited to a regional celebration. Yearly award-winners are invited to Dubai for an all-expenses-paid trip.
