David Lloyd Clubs encourage members and employees to embrace their ‘My Club, for My Life’ philosophy. For their members this means using the club for all aspects of their life as their needs and demands change, whether that's when they are single professionals, become a family or even when they retire.
That is also the same for employees at David Lloyd. They are a family built on strong values, they look after each other, they have fun and they celebrate wins, however small.

Every month, employees, and members are invited to give nominations for the 'Club Team Member of the Month', based on who has demonstrated a particular value. The winner for each club is recognised within and also invited to a regional celebration. The regional celebration includes a day out with other winners from the same region where they can enjoy an activity such as the London eye, an escape room and many others.
