Demica are a provider of working capital solutions (WCS) to large corporate and financial institutions. Their multi funder platform enables funders to connect with corporates to deploy a wide range of WCS.

The organisation seeks to reward employees for their efforts by operating an annual discretionary bonus scheme. This allows every employee in the firm to participate in its success and also to be rewarded for personal effort which goes above and beyond their everyday role.

Always on the lookout for like-minded people, Demica pay an introduction bonus of £1,000 to any member of staff who introduces a job candidate who is subsequently employed by Demica as a result of that introduction. The bonus will be paid in two instalments of £500: one upon successful completion of the new employee's probation period and one when the new employee has completed 12 months' continuous service.

Demica have recently introduced 'Demica People', a fully integrated HR portal. Part of the functionality is that it has a tool which allows any employee across the company to give recognition to any other member of the company. Each piece of recognition is awarded against one of their values. Recognition 'shout-outs' will be measured each quarter and a management award made.
