About Deverell Smith

Deverell Smith are one of the UK’s leading real estate recruitment and executive search businesses. They partner with, often on an exclusive basis, many of the world’s leading property-related businesses.

Established in 2006 and based in London, the company has always believed in doing things differently.

Their ultimate aim is to be the recruiter of choice for the best in property and, within ten years, have an office on every continent.

Deverell Smith’s work is underpinned by the following core values, which all staff are expected to follow: honest, loyal, bold, determined, fun.

The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Andrew Deverell Smith, who has a 100% record of filling every executive search instruction he has ever taken on. His time is not reserved only for senior management, but for people at all levels of the business - whether you've been there for three weeks or three years, he's always approachable and happy to listen.

What is it like to work for Deverell Smith

CEO Andrew’s dream is not to enrich himself through the expansion of Deverell Smith but rather to help those who work for the firm fulfil their ambitions - whether professional or personal - and to be happy when they come to work every day.
