The experience I gain from this job is valuable for my future
This year, as part of DigitasLBi's engagement programme, they introduced their special ‘red boxes’, containing four beautifully produced booklets detailing how colleagues can make the most of their career at DigitasLBi. The first booklet, Quality Conversations is a guide to performance management, describing how to set your objectives and make the most of your performance review. The second, Thanks Everyone, is a guide to theirrecognition scheme. The third is The Constitution, a guide to working at DigitasLBi which explains their culture, values and ways of working. The final booklet is the Skills Profile, which details the attributes they expect their people to demonstrate at each level within the organisation. All DigitasLBi learning and development initiatives link back and align to the skills profiles and the specific skills areas: People, Business Acumen, Delivery and Craft. Our learning programmes underpin the relevant skill area attributes, ensuring their colleagues can track their progress and levels of attainment. For example, they put their Leader level people managers through a management development programme which gives them the skills to: develop and coach their team, help the team set individual goals and identify and tackle poor performance – these are all measurable attributes detailed in the Skills Profiles booklet. By being open with all colleagues about what it takes to succeed here, DigitasLBi make sure that everyone has the opportunity to do well.
