About DRS

Trusted by banks, asset managers, funds and trading firms across the globe, Document Risk Solutions (DRS) provide solutions that deliver rapid and efficient negotiation and remediation of document portfolios.

DRS have been in business now for over 10 years and have expanded rapidly over the past few, but have still maintained a relaxed and informal legal environment. DRS firmly believe that it is the people that make it such a great place to work. Employees share a common drive for knowledge and success.

The organisation believes in offering flexible working, along with a strong work culture that rewards employees far more than intrinsic motivations. Giving employees the freedom to work from home or selecting their hours or the days they work, allows an attainable work-life balance.

Every employee at DRS is also offered an extensive career mapping pathway. The career pathway is designed to support employees' development and career goals, enabling them to vision a long-term future with the company. It consists of key competencies at each level that need to be achieved, to assist employees with striving to move up the pathway all the way from consultant to director level.
