Offices are equipped with table football, plasma televisions and putting greens, and staff believe the firm puts as much thought into giving something back to the environment and community as it does providing them with an exciting and innovative place to work.
Staff have faith in managing partner Nicholas Shepherd (80%), have confidence in the leadership skills of senior management (79%), and say the organisation is run on strong principles (80%). They believe their employer supports the local community, giving a top 10 score of 71%.
Drivers Jonas claims to be the first property consultancy to become carbon neutral and the workforce gives the company a top three score of 81% for its efforts to protect the environment.
The business allocates staff two days a year to volunteer, without losing out financially, and last year some 116 employees undertook such work.
Staff say the job is good for their personal growth (79%), and there is an annual average training spend of £525 per employee. There are opportunities to learn and grow within the company (a top 10 score of 69%) and the experience gained is valuable for the future (79%).
