DRP Holdings are an integrated creative agency that prides themselves on being one of the UK’s longest established, trusted and uniquely integrated communication and production specialists.

They aim to make anything possible as they connect people, build brands and help grow organisations.

The company’s vision is simple: to be the agency of choice and be so good at what they do that clients will flock to use their services.

Core principles that run through the veins of DRP are: trust, passion, being effective, understanding, and having belief.

Using the results from an employee engagement survey, DRP have focused on the key factors that were in need of improvement. The company now constantly evaluate how its people are feeling within the business and where they need to improve.

DRP are led by Chief Executive Officer Dale Parmenter, who operates an open-door policy where any team member can ask for help and advice. He can be seen around the business on a daily basis talking to the team.

Board members are mentors to the management team. During mentor sessions, managers can seek advice and raise concerns or issues. As well as this, DRP have external trainers who work with individuals to help monitor their personal and professional progress.

The company encourages teams to be heavily involved in community projects. In 2016, staff completed over 27 charity projects, using their skills to run fundraising events, taking part in sponsorship activities, and directly assisting local communities.
