About DRPG

DRPG are a creative communications agency. It is their purpose to take the impossible and create solutions with impact. They listen, they learn and continually innovate to create effective communications.

Through live, digital, film and campaigns, DRPG work with clients to effectively communicate to internal and external audiences, all through award-winning live events along with film and video, print, design, digital, exhibition and creative solutions.

The organisation firmly believe that their greatest asset is their team, all of whom make the business great. It is only right, therefore, that they are recognised. DRPG have an annual 'Anything's Possible' awards, presented at the end of year's Christmas conference. Team members nominate, with the aim of awarding those who have gone out of their way and delivered on the brand value and strap line of 'anything's possible'.

What is it like to work for DRPG

Leadership
Leadership
Leaders are very open with the team on nearly every basis. They do not have any individual offices for any of their leaders, every leader sits within their team. This creates a 'one team' basis and promotes openness and approachability as the walls between management levels have literally been removed.
Personal Growth
Personal Growth
DRPG have numerous ways to develop their people and encourage constant learning. A large amount of development comes through their very own 'DRPG Academy', which is available to everyone. The Academy installs their business values into every new starter at day one through their induction with the CEO, so they understand who they are from the start.
