About DueDil

DueDil is a private information platform that enables businesses to find opportunities and mitigate risks. DueDil provides authoritative data and rich context on over 40 million companies across nine European countries.

Established in 2009 and now spanning out over three UK offices, the company aims to be the fuel of a more informed and connected economy and to eventually become the world's largest source of private company information.

Personal and professional development is an important part of the company’s culture - they offer all employees the option of free books, paid external courses, time for engineers to work on personal or professional projects and hackathons to explore creative projects.

Co-founders Damian and Justin are highly involved in the day-to-day running of the firm and present information at bi-weekly meetings, offering transparency of corporate strategy via the quarterly dashboard, as well as updates on company status and corporate goals.

All managers are given annual performance reviews, including 360-degree reviews for senior leadership. The leaders also have regular one-on-one meetings with their direct manager at least bi-weekly to discuss ongoing performance and address any issues.

Tech Friday is a 30-60 minute company-wide update on product and engineering developments, usually accompanied by a beer or two. The materials from these meetings are shared following each meeting, so staff can keep up to date even if they are out of the office.
