Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back

In 2012 the company launched the Ecclesiastical 125 Fund. This is a charitable foundation administered and run by the Gloucestershire Community Foundation. The Fund has clear areas of focus which it supports. There is a clear screening and application process. Grants given through the fund are evaluated thoroughly. Through the fund Ecclesiastical is focusing its charitable giving. Rather than giving to different causes with different objectives and levels of impact, they are focusing their effort behind some core issues important to their business, their customers and their communities and they are ensuring the investment they are making in their local communities is really making a difference.

Fair Deal
Fair Deal
In 2012 Ecclesiastical have launched a new bonus scheme for all employees with some exceptions for a few selected roles. The scheme links individual performance with company financial performance and achievement against the company's Top 5 priorities. It is motivational because everyone in the company shares the same bonus rate, but can influence a bigger bonus through personal performance so they are both motivated to challenge their own performance whilst working towards the company's overall aims.
