About EDAM Group

EDAM help drivers after they have been in a road traffic accident by providing a comprehensive range of in-house post-accident services, outsourced claims management, repair management, legal services and replacement vehicles.

Based in Manchester, the company employs more than 400 staff and describes people as the central focus of their group values, along with creating long-standing relationships with customers based on mutual respect and attention to detail.

They want to attract and retain people who share their passion and commitment. In return, they invest in training and development to provide the means to make a difference to their clients.

By 2020, they aim to double the size of the business by becoming a market-leading service provider of credit hire and post-accident services. This includes reaching a turnover of £100 million, achieving 90% cash generation and securing profit of £16 million.
