About Edenhouse Solutions

Edenhouse Solutions are dedicated to delivering fully integrated end-to-end business solutions for both new and existing SAP customers, based across a diverse range of sectors.

Since 2008, Edenhouse have delivered over 800 SAP projects for their 350+ clients, helping them achieve their wider business goals. They strive to only employ the most experienced consultants, with an average of 16 years’ in-depth, first hand knowledge across a multitude of industries.

The company’s vision is to provide a level of service unrivalled in the market, in line with the their values, delivered by experienced, UK-based SAP consultants. This vision has not changed since their inception, and remains something their owners are very passionate about.

With three offices across the UK, Edenhouse is led by Chief Executive Officer Paul Solomon. Paul always has his door open and is regularly seen making the tea, participating in charity events and engaging with employees as much as possible.

Managerial performance is monitored with regular performance appraisals where managers are set both individual and team objectives, which drives behaviour and ensures standards are maintained across the company.
Eden House Solutions actively encourage uptake of their Vitality Health programme, which encourages employees to stay active in order to collect points for rewards. Employees also have the flexibility to work from home one or two days a week.

Their in-house social team has an annual budget to arrange company events, including charity fundraising and team-building events. Employees are also invited to nominate their colleagues for the Eden Thanks award scheme, through which winners are rewarded with shopping vouchers.
