About Edmond Shipway LLP

Established in 1963, Edmond Shipway are a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy offering cost consultancy, project management, M&E consultancy services to clients, which include the likes of Center Parcs and The Hut Group.

Their proven management strategies and protocols are focused on delivering project-specific, creative solutions that optimise project delivery, maintain financial control and engineer a quality product. The success of this approach is outlined in the company’s 85% repeat business.

Edmond Shipway have three core values: delivering certainty, achieving value and developing people. It is in the delivery of these values that they are able to add real value to projects.

With four locations across the UK, Edmond Shipway is led by Managing Director David Stevenson, who joined the firm in 1986. David is always available on a day-to-day basis via emails and he travels to all offices on a quarterly basis for face-to-face meetings.

In 2017 the company gave back to the community by working at the local hospital to improve the gardening area. In November, the Manchester team took time out of the office to support their local soup kitchen, helping those in need of food and shelter.
