About Educ8 Group

Educ8 deliver world-class training and recruitment solutions for small, medium and large organisations. Their portfolio includes high quality apprenticeships, bespoke training programmes and work placements across variety of industries.

Since being established Educ8 have gone from 25 members of staff in 2009 to over 120 staff in 2017, working from four sites across the UK.

Aiming to make a positive impact on the social and economic future of their communities, Educ8 help staff through developing, empowering and inspiring individuals to achieve their true potential.

The company lives by their four values; honesty, integrity, respect and positivity. Chief Executive Officer Grant Santos and Chairman Colin Tucker reaffirm the values of the organisation at all times, empowering staff to embrace them and consider why they are important to Educ8.

Colin is highly involved in the day-to-day running of the business, carrying out wellbeing meetings with members of the senior management team and leading quarterly ‘Gr8 Days’ that bring all staff together under one roof.

CEO Grant makes time on a day-to-day basis to chat with employees about their work life, weekend and general daily activities. Since moving into the new offices, Grant circulates the various offices and ensures as the CEO he is always visible and approachable.

All managers undertake a bespoke management development programme supported by Educ8's values, policies and procedures. A 360-degree assessment is completed with individuals before beginning the programme, to include a competency-based assessment to determine personal strengths and areas of development.

Educ8 volunteer with the local police force to support their local community, attend community meetings and have received training to assist the police in engaging with young people who are congregating in large numbers and causing concern within the community at weekends.
