The Educ8 Group provide training and qualifications to organisations of all sizes across South Wales and all of England.

Educ8's ambitions and goals are underpinned by a demand for quality and excellence through all aspects of the business. Their culture and values truly make them unique to other organisations.

The Group are founded on four core principles to which employees follow on a daily basis. Their core principles are: Honesty; Integrity; Respect; and Positivity. Educ8 understand the importance of recognising and rewarding the continued hard work that their employees do. Each month employees have the opportunity to nominate a colleague to receive the monthly 'Gr8 Award'. Nominations and supporting statements are reviewed and voted by employees to select a winner. Winners receive a £75.00 high street shopping voucher and entered into the 'Annual Gr8 Award'.

Employees and managers are asked to submit a statement to explain how the employee has displayed activities in the following areas: Values; Teamwork; Going that extra mile; Customer Services; Commitment; Flexibility; and Commitment to Personal Development. The Directors carry out a scoring exercise to determine the winner who will receive a £500 voucher and a trophy at the annual Christmas function.

As a training provider delivering apprenticeship qualifications, all Managers are supported to complete a level 5 Management qualification via the apprenticeship work based learning programme. Successful completion of a bespoke management development programme launched in 2017 utilised an external management training company to support the development of new and current managers.

Educ8 are passionate about promoting positive well-being across our workforce. The CEO welcomed an idea from a member of staff who wanted to create a Rejuven8 Group. The group meets monthly and consists of various employees. Innovation, creativity and the wellbeing of not only employee's but their extended family are key in all deliberations.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
Educ8 has an extensive local community engagement program where the company supports local events, initiatives and programmes. Educ8 sponsor and pay for the team kit for a local under 18's football team and also sponsors the local community rugby club. Recently Educ8 financially supported a local animal welfare project.
