About Elliott Wood

Elliott Wood Partnership provide civil and structural engineering services to a variety of clients, including but not limited to: architects, developers, local government and property owners.

They are founded on three core principles: Flip it - to consider other perspectives; Step Forward - to inspire everyone for a better future; Be Brilliant - to show outstanding ability no matter the task.

With every employee following these three core principles on a daily basis, the organisation believes they can truly reach their ambition: 'We help to see the unseen to 'reveal' the opportunity, 'materialise' the bigger asset and identify how you can 'impact' society. We want to inspire. We want to make a difference. Our clients can't afford not to partner with Elliott Wood at the start of the journey.'

Elliott Wood know that there is no single element that constitutes a 'reward' for employees and that is why they aim to provide a holistic approach to rewards and benefits packages to allow individuals to take up any or all of the elements to create rewards that are meaningful to them. Key components are: a commitment to turn a percentage of profits in to bonuses to reward all employees; vouchers to act as an instant reward; a comprehensive benefits package and sabbaticals to support personal development.
