About Elvis

Elvis are an integrated creative advertising agency that delivers digital advertising and marketing services for some of the world’s best known and most exciting brands.

Their aim is to turn audiences into fans. This reflects the heart of their vision and is their ultimate goal every single year - to create a transformational effect and, like Elvis, get people out of their seats and jumping in the aisles.

Based in London, Elvis pride themselves on their three core values: people first; creativity from everywhere; and one team, one dream.

The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Tanya Brookfield, who has been an integrated marketeer for over 15 years. She is described as being a champion of the Elvis people and culture, and engages with every single employee. That might come in the form of leading pitches and working extra hours alongside the team, arranging out-of-office catch-ups with individuals who may need additional support, or dressing up as the Queen of Hearts for the summer party skit.

Leadership
Leadership
CEO Tanya likes to create additional excitement around internal activities. For example, two senior members of staff recently encouraged colleagues to get involved in an industry competition and Tanya added the incentive of an additional Early Finish Friday to everyone who got involved.
Personal Growth
Personal Growth
Last year, staff participated in 1,500 hours of training spread out over 50 sessions, 70% of which were externally run. Training now takes place every month across every department in the agency.
My Team

Each year, Elvis holds a summer event, which is attended by the whole company. The build-up to the event includes a month-long theme selection process that encourages cross-departmental collaboration and creative thinking across all levels.
