On August 14th, the EMac shut early to enable all team members to join the annual business conference and 10th birthday celebration.
The conference provided the team with news on the business financial performance, benchmarking and strategy, with an open Q & A forum. A guest motivational speaker and ‘vox pop’ videos from dealer customers provided thought provoking ideas and first hand customer feedback. Finally the occasion provided a platform for team member recognition, including long service awards and performance awards.
An informal evening drinks reception and buffet concluded the event that ran from 2.30 to 8.30pm.
