About Emperor

Emperor are an independent corporate communications agency specialising in a range of services including digital, brand, annual reports, investor communications, marketing, brand, sustainability, design, and much more.

With five offices across the UK, the business aims to create exceptional work that delivers a great experience for everyone involved - their clients, their people and their partners.

Their core values are known as ‘Our Pledge’, and are: We are the most welcoming; we are always accessible; we help you go beyond your potential; we give youth a chance; we encourage innovation and ideas; we will support you through thick and thin; we look after the whole you; we are social; we recognise excellence; and we trust.

Emperor is led by Chief Executive Officer Steve Kemp, who is described as striking the perfect balance of head and heart – overwhelming passion and energy, paired with patience and moderation. This approach can be found across the company, in how they treat our clients and how they treat each other.
