About Empiric

Founded in 2005, Empiric are a recruitment agency that provides companies of all sizes with recruitment services across four disciplines: data, digital, cloud and security.

Headquartered in London and with additional UK offices in Scotland and Cambridge, the company aims to capitalise on its proactive and meticulous search methodologies to identify the best active and inactive candidates in the market.

Core principles at Empiric that guide their work on a day-to-day basis include: relationships; service; character; search; teamwork and inclusion; and ambition.

Empiric place a lot of importance on the development of their staff. One of their main purposes is to grow their diversity and inclusion programme internally to offer more support and guidance through existing networks and set up new networks for their staff and wider community.

Directors Sam Kamyar, Stephan Williams, Steve Brown and Dean Ridgewell are described as being charismatic and professional, and having great appetite for success.
