Empiric is a technology and transformation recruitment agency specialising in data, digital, cloud and security. The organisation supply specialist tech and change recruitment services to businesses looking for both contract and permanent professionals.

Empiric take pride in the support that they give to all employees, giving them the skills and resources to be a great recruiter. To ensure a greater work/ life balance, Empiric have reduced the number of hours the sales team are required to work. They also offer flexible lunchtimes which allows the team to take a longer lunch to fit other needs. These two initiatives have been well received and are being used a lot. It also projects the trust that Empiric have in their employees to manage their time responsibly.
