EngageTech use an external management consultant to help them with training. In 2018, the focus was on relationship and communication skills across the senior management team. Objectives of the training included creating an honest, trusting environment, tackling business issues, and providing a platform for development.

Every member of staff is given a mentor outside their immediate line manager and invited to sessions that provide a platform for progress on areas in and outside of work. Sessions are delivered peer-to-peer on topics from technology to sales techniques.
The company manages stress by allowing regular breaks, providing relaxing areas for employees to get away from their desks, having an Xbox and retro arcade games, and setting up six televisions for showing live sporting events, music videos or films.
