Ensono are an IT managed services provider that address client needs, from mainframe to cloud, while anticipating and engineering solutions. The company caters for the ever-changing demands of tomorrow, whether leveraging the cloud or modernising legacy technologies.

Since being launched in 1996, the company has steadily grown, now boasting 350 employees across three UK sites.

The business’s work is guided by five core principles: honesty, reliability, collaboration, curiosity and passion.

Since their last employee engagement survey, a mixture of CEO round tables, MD round tables and senior leader meetings have been introduced. The company have also welcomed anonymous feedback with the introduction of the platform TinyPulse.
